Don't tell me to just relax and drink some water or something like that!! I'm not going to throw it up or anything (I definitely don't think bulimia is healthy!) and even if I did I'd probably choke on it cause I didn't chew it that much . . . What do I do? What can I do? And if you want to know what I ate I had four pickle slices, two chocolate chip cookies and a whole box of those chocolate pretzel things. Should I just jog for a little bit?
