Weird changes in diet (bulimia)?

It is normal to be worried about your weight. I am the same why. If you want to see good changes on the scale do what i am going to tell you. I have been doing it for like 2 weeks now and i have almost lost 10 pounds all together. What you need to do is eat whole wheat foods and alot of veggies. Cut out the soda in your diet and replace that with water. Drink alot of water. Make sure you get out running atleast 4 times a week. Or run every day durring the week and take the weekends off.or run every other day. Make sure you are eating smaller meals and taking smaller bites. I know the bites things sounds crazy but it makes you not want as much of the food. If you stick to a good diet like this you will see the pound melt away in no time. I am happy with what i am getting out of this and i am sure you will be too
