Is bulimia starting to rot my teeth?

The backs of my teeth are really rough. I thought it was plaque but I just realised recently that bulimia could have rotted them?! It's too soon, like Ive had it for 5 months and not done it everyday...? WHAT! WHAT!? HELP ME ! :'(
