Eating disorder question?

Hi, I have bulimia and anorexia (moreso bulimia at the moment) but I was wondering since I will be starting intensive treatment with my therapist soon.. if I do end up being able to recover will I be able to have kids when I get married if I get married? Or is it out of the question... just a random thought I'm having today...
