How long till i see side effects of bulimia?

I am 20, 5'3" and 120 lbs. I purge a couple times a day when i am home alone. in a week i only do it about 7-10 times. I am trying to stop but when i'm home by myself it's really hard to resist. I want to know how long until i start to see or feel any signs of this.
