Is it POSSIBLE to install an Adobe program 3 times?

I got Adobe Premiere Elements 7.0 a few years ago; I installed it on the computer I had then. That computer since died and I put it on my replacement computer. Now my replacement computer is messed up. Will I be able to install it on my next one, or do I have to buy a new copy of the program? Regardless of what you're allowed to do - will it install a third time? Because legally there should be no problem because it's not on either of my old computers... thanks ;)
