Photoshop elements 9.?

I have Photoshop elements 9.and I'm using "Hue/Saturation" on my photos on there too.So when I choose what settings I want on the "Hue/Saturation" like for example: Hue(0),Saturation(100),and Lightness(4) with a check mark in the Colorize box,then I use it again it gos back to the original settings like:Hue(0),Saturation(0) and Lightness(0) no check mark in the Colorize box.So how do I change it from that???
